1. How do I submit my printing data to Hardhits?

2. What data format should my data be in?

.EPS format is ideal for printing, Any type of vector file will work etc. .ai,.psd,.pdf

3. What is the time I can expect my order completed?

Our standard turn-around time is 2 weeks from the time deposit is paid and art is approved. We are always willing to rush a job but additional fees may apply.

4. Can I see what my shirt will look like before it is printed?

We will send and electronic proof prior to printing on apparel.

5. What is the minimum amount I can order? 

The minimum order for screen-printing and embroidery is 12 pieces. Other promotional products may have other quantities that would be determine by the third party vendor.

6. How and when do I pay?

For each order we require a %50 deposit to start the order. The rest of the payment is due once the order is complete. Terms can be negotiated for companies that reorder multiple times a year/month. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover checks and cash.
