Chris was born in Tampa, FL. His family relocated to Manassas in 1989, and ever since then he has called Northern Virginia home. Today, Chris has over 8 years of experience in the industry and continues to enjoy every day of his career at Hardhits.
Chris’s interest in business began very early on. At the age of 19, having worked in the industry in high school, he and his best friend Jeff Mayhugh established Hardhits. While Chris attended George Mason University in Fairfax, he and Jeff worked on the business part-time, with the plan of going full-time after graduation. In 2007, Chris graduated from George Mason with a degree in Accounting and began working at Hardhits full-time. In 2008, Hardhits opened its first store front on Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas.
Jeff was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Throughout his youth he spent much of his time playing, coaching or umpiring baseball in GDLL. This is where he first became introduced into the screen-printing embroidery world.
Jeff’s main focus on the business is handling the artwork and forming relationships with customers. His passion for helping customers receive quality products that fit their budgets is just one his many prideful accomplishments. Using his ability to multi-task and creativeness he is able to deliver a product that exceeds his customer’s expectations.
Even with the success of his business Jeff considers his greatest success to be that of being a great father. His confidence, optimism, and drive to see Hardhits grow are just a few attributes he hopes his three children will grow up and have instilled within them.

Hardhits is an embroidery and screen-printing business established by two Virginia natives and long-time friends Jeff Mayhugh and Chris Concepcion in 2005. What began as a home-based enterprise has since grown into a competitive small business selling apparel and promotional items.
Jeff and Chris do all screen-printing, embroidery, and graphic design at their shop in Northern Virginia and know the product and process inside and out. Having the ability to do the work in-house, they are able to offer quick turnaround, reasonable pricing, and achieve better quality control compared to their competitors. Hardhits strives to deliver quality products and achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Located at 7204 South Hill Dirve in Manassas, Virginia, Hardhits has a substantial customer base, serving both local and national clientele.
